Use a clean microfiber cloth and handle your eyewear gently. Follow the care instructions for your pair, since frames, lenses, coatings and removable parts may need different handling. Store your eyewear away from excessive heat and pressure.

Keep the cloth clean

Use a clean microfiber cloth rather than clothing or a towel that may carry grit. Check the lens and cloth before wiping; pressing trapped dirt across a surface can damage it. If a lens needs more than a light wipe, follow that product's cleaning instructions or ask support which method is appropriate for its coating and materials.

Avoid using an unfamiliar cleaner simply because it is safe for a different pair of glasses. Cleaning needs can vary with the material, coating and finish of your pair.

Protect the frame from heat and pressure

Store the pair where it will not be crushed by a bag or left under a heavy item. Keep it away from excessive heat. Do not leave eyewear where another object can press on the lens or stretch the temples. If using your own protective case, check that it accommodates the frame without squeezing it.

Our magnetic snow goggles come as one complete pair in your chosen color. An extra lens and case are not included, so check that your own storage case fits the goggles comfortably.

Check removable parts before use

The side-shield style has removable TPE side shields. Inspect the attachment points and do not force them if a part does not seat correctly. Keep any detached pieces together with the pair so they are not lost or compressed.

For magnetic snow goggles, follow the lens-handling instructions for that product. Work with clean hands, avoid pressing the optical surface and check that the lens sits as intended before use. Removable does not mean every replacement lens is compatible. Ask about the exact frame and replacement part.

Make a short inspection part of your routine

  • Look for damage to the lens or frame.
  • Check that the temples or strap sit as intended.
  • Check any removable part and its attachment.
  • Notice changes in fit, pressure or movement.

If a part is damaged, loose or difficult to attach, stop forcing it and contact the Help Center with the product and selected option. Product photos and a description of the issue help identify which component needs attention.

Keep the product details with your pair

Save the product name or order reference so you can find the right instructions later. If you use several pairs, remember that a metal everyday frame, an active frame and a snow goggle may need different handling.

Use the fit guide if a frame no longer feels like your comfortable reference pair, or the snow goggle guide for the frame, strap and package checks.
