Affiliate Terms
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Version 1.0
These program terms describe the EMBER ROVE affiliate program operated by Emberway Global LLC. They apply when included in your accepted impact.com partner contract. The accepted partner contract, these incorporated terms, and any applicable platform agreements govern the partnership. The impact.com Master Program Agreement applies only where your accepted contract states that it applies. Any separately negotiated and accepted partner contract governs an expressly agreed exception. These terms do not replace your separate agreement with impact.com.
1. Applications and approved channels
Provide accurate identity, channel ownership and promotional information. Only promote after approval and acceptance of your partner contract. Use channels you own, operate or are authorized to use. Obtain our written approval before adding a materially different channel or promotional method. Participation does not guarantee sales, earnings, samples or acceptance of future proposals.
2. Commission and qualifying sales
The standard commission is 20% of the qualifying item sale amount after discounts, excluding sales tax, VAT, shipping and other non-product charges, unless your accepted contract expressly provides a different rate. Standard commission does not depend on the customer using a particular coupon. New and returning customers receive the same standard rate unless a different rule is expressly agreed.
A qualifying sale must be a genuine customer order correctly attributed to your approved promotion and eligible under your accepted contract. Self-purchases, including orders you place or fund for your own benefit, fraudulent or duplicate transactions, cancelled orders and refunded amounts do not qualify. Any product-specific exclusion or different rate must be disclosed in the applicable contract before it takes effect.
3. How sales are credited and tracked
The standard click attribution window is 30 days, using last-click attribution as determined by impact.com under the accepted contract and applicable tracking rules. This means that a qualifying purchase within 30 days of a click is credited to the last eligible affiliate link clicked. Use the affiliate links assigned to you. A coupon does not automatically provide attribution; any code-based attribution must be separately agreed and configured.
Tracking can be affected by customer privacy choices, browser restrictions or device changes. If a sale appears to be missing, contact us through impact.com with relevant non-sensitive details. Do not send customer passwords or payment details. Tracking errors will be reviewed under the accepted contract and applicable platform agreement, including any obligation to calculate fair compensation for tracking disabled by advertiser error.
4. Review, refunds and reversals
Transactions are reviewed for eligibility, cancellations, refunds and fraud before they are approved for the scheduled payment (called “locking” in impact.com). A full cancellation or full refund may reverse the corresponding commission. A partial refund adjusts only the commission attributable to the refunded product amount. Adjustments must have a documented reason connected to the affected transaction or a substantiated violation.
The platform's maximum reversal percentage is 100%; this is a limit on reversals, not permission to confiscate unrelated legitimate commissions. Ordinary refunds should be reviewed before commissions are approved for payment. Any later adjustment must be permitted by the accepted contract, applicable platform rules and law. A reported violation does not automatically invalidate every sale in a previous period.
5. Commission approval and payment
Under the standard schedule, transactions lock 27 days after the end of the month in which they are tracked. Approved transactions are scheduled for payment when they lock. Actual receipt depends on impact.com processing, funding, payout requirements and your selected payment method; same-day receipt is not guaranteed.
Standard program transactions are processed in USD. Keep your payment, identity and tax information current with impact.com. Applicable payment requirements, conversion charges and tax obligations remain governed by the relevant platform agreement and law.
6. Discounts, gifts and additional fees
Promote only valid coupons, prices and offers supplied or approved by EMBER ROVE for your use. Do not invent offers or claim an expired promotion is available. Gifted products, fixed content fees, increased commissions, bonuses and customer discounts require a separate written agreement. Affiliate commission and customer discount are separate benefits.
7. Advertising and promotional methods
Do not bid on EMBER ROVE, Emberway Global, our domains, their misspellings or variations, or combinations of our brand names with product, model or review terms in paid search or other keyword-targeted advertising. Add appropriate negative keywords when using automated campaigns. Any exception requires a separately agreed written authorization. Do not use misleading brand display URLs or imply that your advertisement, account or website is our official property.
Non-brand paid advertising must use accurate content, comply with applicable rules and be disclosed in your approved promotional plan. Coupon websites, cashback, loyalty, incentivized traffic, browser extensions, downloadable software and sub-affiliate networks require prior written approval. Brand approval does not replace any approval required by impact.com.
Software-based publishers must comply with the applicable impact.com Stand-Down Policy, including restrictions on overriding existing publisher referrals. Partners may not fire their own tracking pixel when a consumer conversion is completed.
8. Prohibited conduct
Do not use fake reviews, fraudulent orders, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, automated redirects, hidden tracking, misleading incentives, malware, impersonation or other tracking manipulation. Do not interfere with another partner's legitimate referrals. Unlawful, infringing or deceptive content and spam are prohibited.
Email and text promotions require the legally required consent, identification and opt-out processes, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Do not scrape contact details or collect customer data on our behalf without prior written approval and a lawful basis.
9. Disclosures and accurate claims
Clearly disclose affiliate commissions, free products and other material relationships with each relevant endorsement. Place the disclosure where audiences will notice it, in the language of the endorsement. Video disclosures must appear in the video; livestream disclosures should be repeated periodically. A platform disclosure tool may be used in addition to an adequate disclosure.
Examples include “I earn a commission if you buy through this link” and “EMBER ROVE sent me this product for free.” Describe your actual experience honestly. Do not claim to have used a product you have not tried or make unsupported claims about polarization, UV protection, health benefits, certification, performance, warranty or delivery. Use current, product-specific information approved by EMBER ROVE.
10. Brand assets and creator content
Approved brand assets may be used only to perform the authorized promotion during your partnership. Do not misleadingly alter logos, register brand-containing domains or account names, imply ownership of our marks, or grant others unauthorized rights to brand assets.
You retain the rights you hold in your original content. Joining the affiliate program, receiving a sample or earning commission does not automatically authorize EMBER ROVE to reuse that content in advertisements. Any reuse must be agreed separately, including permitted channels, duration, editing rights and compensation where applicable.
11. Changes, suspension and termination
Ordinary program changes and termination require at least seven days' notice through impact.com in accordance with the accepted contract. New restrictions or rates apply prospectively from their agreed effective date and are not imposed retroactively on previously qualifying transactions. Existing partners remain subject to their accepted version until a change becomes effective under that contract.
Substantiated fraud, tracking abuse, impersonation or other serious violations may result in immediate suspension of affected promotion, review of affected transactions, and termination where permitted by the accepted contract and applicable law. We will identify the basis for adverse commission adjustments and provide a channel to raise a dispute. We do not automatically revoke unrelated legitimate commissions as a blanket penalty.
Termination does not by itself cancel legitimately earned or qualifying pending commission; those amounts remain subject to the accepted contract's eligibility and payment provisions. On termination, stop promoting as an active partner and discontinue use of assets licensed only for the partnership.
12. Confidentiality, privacy and records
Protect non-public information shared for the partnership and use it only for the agreed purposes. Comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements and our Privacy Policy. Retain relevant promotional and transaction records as required by the applicable platform agreement and law, and reasonably cooperate with documented compliance reviews.
13. Contract administration and contact
Partners act independently and may not bind Emberway Global LLC or present themselves as its employees or agents. Applicable provisions on responsibility, liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution and notices remain those in the accepted partner contract and any applicable platform agreements. The impact.com Master Program Agreement applies only where your accepted contract states that it applies; these terms do not independently incorporate it.
Existing partners should contact us through impact.com about approvals, transactions or disputes. For application questions, email partnerships@emberrove.com. Please provide only the information needed for the inquiry.
