Shipping destinations and origin
We currently ship to eligible United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada addresses accepted at checkout. Orders may ship directly from China to any of these four countries, from the United Kingdom to United Kingdom addresses only, or from the United States to United States addresses only. The dispatch location depends on the item and available stock; not every item is available from every location. Orders to Australia and Canada ship directly from China.
Processing and delivery time
After payment is confirmed, we normally hand an order to the carrier within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at the dispatch location. The transit ranges below begin after the carrier accepts the package; they are added to processing time when Shopify displays an estimated delivery date at checkout. Customs clearance, carrier, weather and holiday delays can affect the actual delivery date.
U.S. shipping options
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days in transit. Shipping is $2 for orders below $50 and free for orders of $50 or more.
Express shipping: 2–6 business days in transit. Shipping is $5 for orders below $50 and $3 for orders of $50 or more. This is a $3 surcharge over the applicable Standard rate.
U.K. shipping options
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days in transit. Shipping is £1 for orders below £40 and free for orders of £40 or more.
Australia shipping options
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days in transit after carrier acceptance, plus order processing. Shipping is A$3 for orders below A$75 and free for orders of A$75 or more.
Canada shipping options
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days in transit after carrier acceptance, plus order processing. Shipping is C$3 for orders below C$70 and free for orders of C$70 or more.
Australia shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds above are in Australian dollars (AUD, A$). Canada shipping charges and thresholds are in Canadian dollars (CAD, C$). If checkout uses a different currency, the converted shipping charge and applicable threshold are shown there. Eligible addresses and available delivery options are confirmed at checkout; remote areas and customs clearance may require more time. We currently offer Standard shipping to these two countries.
Taxes, duties and import charges for Australia and Canada
Shipping charges are separate from taxes and import charges. Applicable taxes collected by us are included in the price or shown at checkout. Unless checkout explicitly states that import charges are included, duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance or handling charges assessed on arrival are payable by the recipient. A free-shipping offer does not by itself include these charges. If you are unsure what is included, contact us before ordering.
The shipping charge and estimated delivery date available for your address are shown before you complete checkout. We will send a shipping confirmation when the order is handed to the carrier. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund for items we have not shipped.
