About these terms

These terms govern purchases from and use of the EMBER ROVE online store operated by Emberway Global LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in effect at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you have a question about a product or these terms.

Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, colors and availability are shown on the product page. We work to keep them accurate, but screen settings can affect the way colors appear. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless the store states otherwise. Available shipping charges and taxes are shown before you submit an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing or listing error needs correction. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

We currently ship to eligible United States and United Kingdom addresses accepted at checkout. Delivery options, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Information. For eligibility, exclusions, prepaid return labels and refund timing, read our Return and Exchange Policy. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Product use and protection

Follow the care and use instructions supplied with your eyewear. Product details on the relevant listing describe the features of each style; do not assume that a feature shown for one product applies to another. Any replacement or craftsmanship coverage is governed by the terms shown in our Protection Programs and the eligibility stated on the product page. Nothing on this website replaces advice from a qualified eye care professional.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and inquiries. Do not interfere with the site's operation, misuse accounts, or submit false orders or information. EMBER ROVE names, artwork, photographs and site content belong to Emberway Global LLC or their respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission.
