Customer reviews help shoppers understand the fit, feel and everyday use of EMBER ROVE products. We use Yotpo to collect and display product reviews. Please share your honest experience, whether positive or negative.
How to submit and read reviews
You may receive a review invitation after your purchase. You can also look for “Write a review” on the product page. If no form is available, contact us for help. A verified-purchase label appears only when Yotpo has verified the purchase. We do not write reviews on behalf of customers or use reviews of another brand’s products.
What can be published?
Please review the product based on your own experience. We may choose not to publish spam, duplicates, fraudulent or unlawful content, threats, unrelated material or other people’s personal information. We do not reject a review just because the rating is negative. We may reply or contact you to help with a product or order issue.
Do reviews earn rewards?
Reviews currently earn no points or discounts. If we introduce a review reward, the offer and its limits will appear in our Rewards Terms and Conditions and in your review invitation. Rewards will not depend on a positive rating. Reviews that receive a reward will be clearly labeled.
Can I add photos or videos?
You can add photos or videos if the review form offers an upload option. Share only content you have the right to use, and keep other people’s private information out of view. The terms shown when you submit, together with applicable law, govern how your media may be displayed or used.
