We assess manufacturing defects first. Qualifying repairs, replacements or applicable refunds are free, including necessary Standard postage. A qualifying defect claim does not count toward your paid replacement.

Lost or accidentally damagedOne paid replacement

One total within 12 months of receipt, for loss or damage affecting use. Replacement does not restart coverage.

For damage, send photos. If your glasses are lost, explain what happened. Superficial scratches, cosmetic wear and intentional damage are excluded. Normal scratches, wear and accidents are not manufacturing defects.

Wrong items, arrival damage or transit loss: no paid replacement fee. Statutory rights remain protected. Earlier orders retain original coverage and any lower fixed U.S. fee promised at purchase.

The TR90 frame surrounds the shield and curves toward the sides of your head. Long openings along the temples give the arms an airy profile.

How does the photochromic tint change?

The tint responds to UV exposure, taking on a darker tint with stronger exposure and becoming lighter as exposure falls. Tint and transition vary with lens color and conditions.

What are the frame and lenses made from?

The frame is TR90 and the shield lens is polycarbonate. Rubber nose pads provide a softer, grippy contact point at the bridge.

Does the prescription insert come with the sunglasses?

The insert frame is an optional accessory, sold separately. Select it above if you would like to add it to your order. Prescription lenses and fitting must be arranged with your own optician and are not included. The insert accessory is not included in the Protection plan.

How should I care for the lenses?

Rinse off dust and grit before wiping with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Store away from excessive heat and pressure, and avoid abrasive cleaners.
