We assess manufacturing defects first. Qualifying repairs, replacements or applicable refunds are free, including necessary Standard postage. A qualifying defect claim does not count toward your paid replacement.

One total within 12 months of receipt, for loss or damage affecting use. Replacement does not restart coverage.

For damage, send photos. If your glasses are lost, explain what happened. Superficial scratches, cosmetic wear and intentional damage are excluded. Normal scratches, wear and accidents are not manufacturing defects.

Wrong items, arrival damage or transit loss: no paid replacement fee. Statutory rights remain protected. Earlier orders retain original coverage and any lower fixed U.S. fee promised at purchase.

Can I adjust the nose pads?

Yes. Move the rubber nose pads to find a comfortable position, then check that the frame sits securely without pressing too tightly.

Can I add prescription lenses?

Choose the optional prescription insert above before adding the sunglasses to your cart. The insert frame is sold separately, and your own optician will need to make and fit the lenses. Prescription lenses and fitting are not included. The insert accessory is not included in the Protection plan.

What comes with my order?

How should I care for the lenses?

Rinse off dust and grit before wiping with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Store away from excessive heat and pressure, and avoid abrasive cleaners.
