We assess manufacturing defects first. Qualifying repairs, replacements or applicable refunds are free, including necessary Standard postage. A qualifying defect claim does not count toward your paid replacement.

Reply within 1 business day. We review protection requests and explain the decision or the next steps needed.

Lost or accidentally damagedOne paid replacement

One total within 12 months of receipt, for loss or damage affecting use. Replacement does not restart coverage.

For damage, send photos. If your glasses are lost, explain what happened. Superficial scratches, cosmetic wear and intentional damage are excluded. Normal scratches, wear and accidents are not manufacturing defects.

Wrong items, arrival damage or transit loss: no paid replacement fee. Statutory rights remain protected. Earlier orders retain original coverage and any lower fixed U.S. fee promised at purchase.

Can I wear these over my own eyeglasses?

The fit-over design allows you to wear your existing eyeglasses underneath. Compare the dimensions and try the two frames together to check the clearance and wearing position.

How do I care for my pair?

Rinse away dust before wiping with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Store your glasses away from excessive heat and pressure.
